  • Deep Fry for 4-6 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 °F
  • Pan Sear for 3-4 minutes per side or until an internal temperature of 165 °F
  • Bake for 9 to 15 minutes flipping halfway, or until an internal temperature of 165 °F

Handmade crab cakes combine sweet classic Atlantic seaboard tastes of sweet crab, Dijon mustard and mayonnaise and a sprinkle of chives, parsley and cayenne. Blended by hand, the 90% crabmeat cakes are then dredged in crispy panko.
