Delivery times vary based on your location; however, you can expect your delivery to arrive between 9 AM and 3 PM. If you need your products delivered at a specific time, please call customer service at 800-675-9265 and when placing your order, inform the customer service representative of your delivery requirements. If you are utilizing our order form available on our website, please type in any delivery notes in the Special Notes area. Please remember to be specific with time restrictions.
What is the turnaround time for deliveries?
In order to serve you best, we ask that you place orders by 4 p.m. (MST) for the following day for non-custom, stocked products. For fresh or custom products, we ask that you place your orders at least 48 hours in advance of your delivery date.

Where are my deliveries coming from if you are based in Arizona?
We have warehouses in Seattle, Washington and Tempe, Arizona. Depending on your location, your product is being delivered from one of these warehouses.

We ship our product nationwide. We have warehouse in in Seattle, Washington and Tempe, Arizona, but we also have the ability to ship overnight via Fed Ex.

Will you make things to order?
We work closely with our manufacturers and can make items according to a customer’s specifications. Please communicate to you sales representative your specific requirements and we will work with our manufactures to produce the item you need.
What is the shelf life of your product?
If kept in its original packaging, our products can be kept frozen for up to one year. We recommend that once you open a case, you use it right away so that there is no risk of damaging the remaining products.
Where do you get your products from?
We work very closely with a variety of micro-manufacturers. Many of our items are produced exclusively for Azoria Foods.
Do you carry ethnic items?
We carry a variety of ethnic items including Asian, Indian and Mexican. To find specific categories of items, please review your catalog or contact your sales representative.

Do you have a minimum order amount?
For most of our markets we do not have a minimum order amount. For the Tucson and Flagstaff markets we have a $250 minimum for deliveries. For shipped orders, our minimum is $500.
What is your return policy?
We stand by our product 100%. If you are not fully satisfied with an item you ordered, we will gladly issue a refund.
Can I order on the web?
Currently our website does not support order processing. We ask that you place your order by one of the following ways: call your order into our Customer Service Department at 888-675-9265, call your sales representative directly, fax your order to 480-675-7620 or email your order to email@example.com. We have also provided an order form online that you can download directly from our website to help you with this process.
Is my pricing the same when ordering on the web?
Yes, our pricing does not changed based on how you place your order.

How long does it take to process a credit application?
It takes our accounting department three business days to process a credit application.
